Information you choose to share
When you contact Gemini Source by email or WhatsApp, you may provide your name, business contact details, company or brand, product information, target market, quantity, files and project requirements.
How the information is used
The information is used to review your request, communicate with you, prepare a proposed sourcing scope and, if you approve work, coordinate the project. Project information may be shared with relevant potential suppliers or service providers only where necessary to evaluate or perform the requested work.
Website inquiry form
The website form prepares a message on your device and opens WhatsApp. The website does not automatically transmit or store the completed form. You choose whether to send the message through WhatsApp. WhatsApp processes data under its own terms and privacy policy.
Retention and security
Business communications may be retained for project follow-up, record keeping and legitimate business needs. Reasonable care is used, but no electronic communication or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask for correction or deletion of inquiry information that Gemini Source controls, subject to legal, transaction and record-keeping obligations.
